Our Services may generate automated insights, anomaly alerts, or recommendations. These outputs:

  • Are informational only
  • Should not be considered financial or legal advice
  • Are dependent on the quality of your data

You are responsible for verifying results before making decisions.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans require valid payment information.

Fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Pose security risks
  • Fail to pay fees

You may terminate your account at any time.

  • Synexium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months
